Her husband was taking his time leaving the house and picking her up on his way to work. She tries to act as if it doesn't bother her, but it clearly does.

Whitney reassures her that everything is fine, telling her that she can take off her shoes and clothes and lie down on the table. Chanel does just that while ranting about her husband, expressing her frustration that he does not prioritize her needs.
