Mommys Girl - Just Play Along

Aliya Brynn, Lilly James's stepdaughter, walks in while she is relaxing at home. They exchange pleasant greetings, and Aliya requests Lilly's permission to attend her first concert tomorrow night. A group of new friends is going, and she was hoping she could go because she had never been to a concert before, and she is excited to meet these new friends.
Lilly shakes her head firmly and declines Aliya's invitation, stating that she is too young to attend concerts. Aliya claims she's 18, so she's OLD ENOUGH, but Lilly disagrees, pointing out that there's far too much illicit behavior at seedy concert venues for Aliya to go alone.
