A masseuse (Sheena Ryder) is perplexed as to why her next massage client is running late. When the client (Ailee Anne) arrives, she is drenched and miserable. Ailee apologizes for her tardiness, explaining that she became caught in the rain. Sheena is sympathetic and concerned right away, offering additional treatments in addition to the standard massage to help Ailee warm up. Ailee accepts graciously, stripping out of her wet clothes.
Ailee lies down on the massage table after drying herself off with a towel. Sheena offers a hot stone treatment to help Ailee warm up, but first she must be prepared with a warming gel. Sheena applies the gel to Ailee's back before placing the hot stones on her back and legs, making her feel warm and relaxed.
