Girlsway - Lonely Spring Break

When the doorbell rings, Alexia Anders is saddenedly scrolling through a social media picture of her pals having a party without her. Lauren Phillips, an elderly neighbour and family acquaintance, shows up as her visitor. Since Alexia's parents are away, Lauren is dropping over to see how she is doing. They enter together after exchanging pleasantries. Lauren catches Alexia looking at the social media post. Lauren can sense that something is awry even if Alexia insists that everything is perfect.

Lauren queries Alexia's decision not to join her companions on their spring break trip. Alexia acknowledges that she and Tracy got into a heated argument after she experimented with flirting, something she had never done before.
