Eliza Ibarra is having a snack at a cafe when she coughs after taking a bite of her food. Her coughing worsens, and it soon becomes clear that she is choking. She frantically searches for assistance and attracts the attention of her waitress, who can now see what is going on. 'Is anyone here a doctor?!' she exclaims to the cafe patrons. Lacy Lennon leaps into action and runs over to the red-faced Eliza, declaring loudly that she is a paramedic and will assist her. Lacy wraps her arms around her and begins the Heimlich maneuver on her.
