When April Olsen, a friend, arrives at Jenna Sativa's house, she is reading an article on her tablet with her face buried in it. They were supposed to go out, but Jenna eagerly tells April about a wellness regimen she just read in an article.

Jenna explains that the programme calls for rigorous abstinence, which is said to have a variety of health advantages, including improved sex. Both wives are eager in giving it a try but are concerned that they won't be able to maintain it. But after a little encouragement, they decide to give it a shot.
