Mommys Girl - Five More Minutes

Laney Grey is awake to the world as her stepmother, Jessica Ryan, tries to wake her up so she can catch the school bus. Laney has already missed the bus TWO times that week, so Jessica tries to entice her out of bed with the promise of freshly-cooked bacon. Laney, on the other hand, is unconvinced and simply rolls over. Laney will undoubtedly miss her bus, and Jessica must accept defeat for the day. But she's already thinking about how she'll deal with this problem the next morning...
Laney STILL does not get up on time the next morning. Jessica makes silly barking noises as if she's given Laney a new pet, but Laney doesn't move.
