Ember Stone sneaks in very late at night and cautiously opens the patio door to avoid making a sound, but her stepmother Kendra James sits in the corner and announces her presence, demanding to know where her daughter has been all night. Ember is at a loss for explanations, especially after arriving at class in a skimpy dress, wearing hooker red lipstick, and wearing high heels while claiming to be studying. Ember will be suspended and face severe repercussions if she is discovered sneaking out a second time, Kendra reiterates the regulations.
Ember stomps to her room and pouts about her evil stepmother and her ridiculous regulations. Kendra, however, enters the room after her and is determined to remain intrusive.
