Jane Wilde walks into the massage parlor and is greeted by Lilly Ford, the masseuse. Jane tells her she wants a massage but isn't sure what they have. Jane has just come through a major life event that has caused her a lot of stress, so she simply wants to relax. Lilly tries not to pry and recommends their NURU massage because it includes a body-sliding technique that is not included in standard massage packages. Jane agrees to give it a shot.
Lilly leads Jane to the private room and explains the steps of the massage - undressing, shower, and then a massage on the mat. Some clients prefer privacy while undressing, she says, but Jane invites her to stay.
