An argument breaks out between Nikki Delano and her stepdaughter Aften Opal. Aften is opposed to Nikki's plan to sell their home because she has too many fond memories associated with it. But Nikki has already made up her mind, and a realtor is on the way to the house. Aften, though, is not letting up and makes a secret promise to destroy the deal.
Nina Elle, a realtor, arrives. As soon as Aften catches a glimpse of her, more of her plan appears to come together, and she starts flirting with Nina. Nina is obviously drawn to Aften and is immediately irritated by his flirtatious demeanour.
