Mommys Girl - Over Their Clothes

Skye Blue is lounging in her room when her stepmother, Dee Williams, walks in with a laundry basket. Dee asks if she has any extra clothes that need to be washed. Skye responds that she is fine. Dee then takes a good look at Skye's outfit and remarks, "Talking of clothes, that's a great top she's wearing!"
As Dee begins to flirt with Skye, it is clear that they are attracted to each other. Skye, on the other hand, claims they can't act on their attraction because Dee is her stepmother.
Dee and Skye try to justify their flirting by claiming that if they only touch each other over their clothes, it won't be considered Dee cheating.
