Chloe Cherry, who will be staying with Kayla Paige for a week, is welcomed. Kayla anticipates having a great time with Chloe, but she seems depressed and distant. Concerned, Kayla inquires as to what is wrong, but Chloe doesn't appear to be in the mood to discuss much and settles down to lie down.
Chloe is still resting on her bed later that day, looking sad. In an effort to cheer Chloe up, Kayla shows up with a plate of her favourite cookies, but it is unsuccessful. When Chloe at last admits that her girlfriend recently dumped her, Kayla understands that it will take more than cookies to cheer her up.
