Kenzie Reeves and Chloe Cherry, two stepsisters, are relaxing on the couch in the living room. They are preparing to watch a movie on Chloe's mother's laptop and are upbeat and content to be together. As they browse the laptop, they both recline on the couch. They decide to watch the fitness video instead of a movie after finding it by accident on the laptop.
While watching along and imitating the poses in the video that is playing on their screen, the girls begin by doing some of the stretching exercises. While limbering up, they giggle and enjoy themselves while acting entirely innocently. The activities they perform after that are still rather simple.
