Laney Grey and her best friend, Chanel Grey, are having a good time together, despite the fact that it is bittersweet. They'll both be gone soon, so they're having a slumber party to spend as much time together as possible! Who knows what life has in store for them, even if they promise to see each other again?
Christie Stevens, Laney's stepmother, enters and checks on them before bed. Chanel, on the other hand, can't take her gaze away from Christie.
