The captain of their cheerleading squad, Harmony Rivers, is being tutored by rookie cheerleader Lulu Chu. Since Harmony REALLY struggles with arithmetic and could use all the assistance she can get, she is quite appreciative of the assistance. However, in return for this encouragement, she decides to assist Lulu with a confidence issue they are both having.
Lulu feels frightened by the girls because they are so talented and sporty as the newest cheerleader! Lulu is unsure if they possess the physique and self-assurance necessary to flourish on the squad. Harmony, though, believes Lulu can succeed and wants to show them how. The first stage is teaching Lulu how to adopt empowering postures and body language.
