Web Young - Accepting Change

Teenage best friends Lily Larimar and Emma Starletto are prepared to embark on their new journeys together. They carry letters in their hands informing them of their acceptance or rejection to the college of their choice. They eagerly open their letters jointly, both happy and expectant.

When Lily learns that she has been admitted into the institution, she is delighted. Her joy is immediately dashed, however, when it becomes clear that Emma WASN'T accepted. Despite her best efforts, Lily tries to console Emma despite her wounded heart. Lily is unable to contemplate attending college alone without her best buddy. In fact, if they can't both attend this institution together, she doesn't even WANT to attend!
